With our exponential increase in readership, Workspace Design Magazine is seeking professional, exuberant, sales representatives to contact manufacture’s marketing decision makers directly. If you love looking at beautiful furniture and enjoy calling people – this is your job!

Job Description

Summary:
We want sales superstars with a drive to succeed! Be ready to sell online ad space for Workspace Design Magazine. You will be directly responsible for opening and closing new sales via telephone. Your ability to identify, connect with, listen and engage prospective clients will be reflected not only in your personal earning potential, but also through the overall success for the sales department.

What you will be doing:

  • Calling manufacturers and selling online advertisements for the magazine.
  • Initiate outbound calls to inform customers of current promotions and new or upgraded packages.
  • Build effective relationships with customers aimed at developing a trusting rapport and expanding customers’ commitment to purchase and utilize the offerings of WDM.
  • Effectively closes sales opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize and balance multiple incoming/outgoing calls.
  • Use marketing tools and communications to plan targeted customer contacts and sales objectives.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and sales meetings.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School degree preferred with 1+ year of sales experience.
  • Be professional. Be enthusiastic. Be polite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Possesses a high degree of confidence and positive attitude!
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computing or keyboarding skills.
  • Moderate level of sales and negotiation skills required.
  • Be familiar with commercial furniture manufacturers.

 

Additional Information:

- Fully commission based with no cap. on earning potential!
- Mobile worker accepted
